From the Bulova Crystal collection and released in the fall of 2019, this is a Bulova Phantom Crystal ladies wristwatch model 98L268. 

 

3-hand quartz (battery powered) watch, movement caliber GL36. The quartz crystal regulates the time achieving accuracy to 15 seconds a month. 

 

Silver/white pave dial embellished with 110 statement making baguette crystals. The dial is also signed with the Bulova Tunning Fork logo. 

 

32mm round case, all in rose gold-tone stainless steel case and bracelet with deployant buckle, flat mineral crystal (impact and shatter resistant), water resistance to 30 meters.
