At SECOND HAND HOROLOGY, we stand behind the authenticity and precision of every timepiece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and secure shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece, original box, documentation, and any included accessories into the original shipping container, ensuring the watch is immobilized to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure your high-value item is protected.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
