This is an UNIQUE timepiece, a vintage Lord Elgin watch dated from 1945. It is a manual-winding wristwatch Elgin caliber grade 559, 15/0s, 21 jewels movement, sub-second hand, U.S.A. made. It has a IMMACULATE elegant rectangle case and fancy lugs design, all in 14K yellow gold filled. It has a stunning two-tone dial with black Arabic Numeral, minute marks and matching hands. The dial is signed with the LORD ELGIN name. It is coming with a new old stock vintage black Genuine Lizard leather strap. This watch is in LOVELY condition. After +75 years, it is still a very attractive looking watch! It runs very well and keeps good time! Just SERVICED!

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
